WRAP-UP
This month I had to go back home (from Pampanga) to deal with last minute school requirements, particulary to work on my internship case study. That worked out well regardless of the mini heart attacks I get prior to the actual deadline. I was also able to catch up to Season 2 of Reign which came out just this month, and found my new favorite TV show, that is "How To Get Away with Murder". I also bought some stuff and mostly unnecessary ones, from cosmetics to literary.
FAVORITES
Thank God someone finally read my mind! I am really in love with glitters and these were the perfect touch! For a while, I've struggled to look for good glitter nail polishes. I managed to find some good ones from a brand called "Bobbie" but my Mom decided to "borrow" them so I was left with nothing. However great Bobbie is with its affordable price, I find their choices are very limited. So I was very happy to have found these two (photo above) from a brand called "Cutex". It's easy to apply and also has some good coverage, maybe two coatings and you're good to go! No need to "fish" for every piece of glitter like some out there. The tag says it costs about Php119 each but I was surprised when I reached the counter when it appears to be marked down to Php50 each, so don't be fooled!
The featured item is here is the christmas lights up on my shelf. I've wanted to do this for a while but I needed to wait for the christmas season because they didn't sell it before. I literally went to Handyman in July and asked for some christmas lights! When the -ber months entered, I was quite surprised to realize they cost around Php500 which I couldn't afford. Finally, I found one at National Bookstore for only Php199. They sell another one for a cheaper price but I went for this because the wires are white. The green wires are meant for the trees.
I'm going back to pearls!
