It's been 9 hours since. I have been waiting for a specific notification bubble since 9 hours ago.
I'm not used to this sort of pacing. This is slower than a dial-up internet. But hey is this how normal actually works? Because I'm used to meeting people like this "Hi. Nice to meet you. I'll add you on Facebook, what's your name again?"
Otherwise the whole waiting game is TORTURE. Like right now.
My mind is having difficulty adjusting, it's going nuts. I can't even take naps anymore. I wake up earlier than my alarm and I sleep at night just too early. I refuse to do anything else, besides wait and think about him. I joggle between apps on my phone, hoping to catch that friend request on the dot.
But 9 hours since and nothing.
I am so tempted to do the first move, because apparently he's out taking the long cut (perhaps he's enjoying the view way too much). I am so impatient for this ancient game. Do people get swooned over this? Because this just annoys me.
If this doesn't happen in a couple of days, I swear I am crushing the butterflies. They don't deserve to fly.
Ugh.
