The new normal

Missing the gym because I'll be honest muscles are far from being strong right now. 

Law school and house chores have kept me mentally and psychologically preoccupied in the last few weeks, not to mention the world's restless pursuit against Covid, and all the uncertainties that go with it. It's even harder to watch the news when you actually understand  how the Government is supposed to work. 

But that's ok. 

I've switched my routine from heavy weighlifts to intentional Yoga (mostly Yin Yoga) and the practice of Meditation. These are the things that keep me strong right now. 

That's the thing ain't it? Gotta find our own place in the new "normal". The less you worry about your old life, the more peaceful your new life gets. That's the power of being human, our ability to adapt through the changing times. 

So don't fret yourselves into constant productivity. 
Let yourself adjust. 
And things will get easier.
