When you're smart, you speak less

I often argue with the assumption that when you're smart, you speak less. For the longest time I held up the belief that if I'm smart, then I know more, thus, I speak more. After many private conversations with myself, I finally formulated a conclusion.

It's true.

When you're smart, you speak less.

When you know too much, it gets difficult to categorize thoughts into words.

It is a constant battle of ideas in my head that arguing about certain *unresolved* issues with a friend isn't worth it. If I were to argue, it'd be a presentation. I'd have to follow an outline because there's far too much to say. Thinking about its gravity is already tiring for my brain, so manifesting it into words will be far too much work for me.
