BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

What annoys me? 
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Maybe I'm spoiled.
Maybe I'm used to people taking care of me.
Maybe I'm used to people serving me,
And helping me.

But I hate a bad customer service.

Here's what happened today.

So I went to the bookstore, looking for a kid's toy that everyone knows they sell.
So of course I asked around.
I asked the associate.

This is what she told me,
"You can find it on this column." 
Then she pointed on the column that stretches to maybe 50 shelves. 
Inside my head, I was like, "So I'm supposed to just go shelf by shelf?"
Being nice to the associate, I asked her, "Where exactly?"
Then she was like, "On this side you can see the label Charts/Maps. It's written on the wall."

Thanks for the sarcasm lady, but don't worry I won't point it out. I went to school after all, just like you did.

So go I went, looking for the toy. I found the Charts/Maps section but didn't find what I was looking for. I walked around the store (again) looking for someone who can help. I saw a different lady from before and asked her the same question. She pointed me to a different section, the one next to the Charts/Maps. Again, I was like, "So am I suppose to check every shelf?" 

I asked her instead, "Where exactly?"
She answered, "You can find it on display, hanging on the wall."

Then she left right away. 

I did the same thing, looked at every inch of the freaking section, but I didn't find what I was looking for.

Finally at this point I am annoyed as hell. 

I went back to where I initially asked, the lady by the "Customer Service" stand. 

Then I told her, "I found the Charts/Maps section, but I didn't see any." In my mind, I was already making a scene. I imagined telling her, "Lady, can you stop what you're doing and help me? I've searched alright. I could be blind, but there's definitely no clock made of freaking cardboard with movable hands on the section you pointed me AND the section next to it."

Thankfully, she read my mind. She asked someone to accompany me TO THE CHARTS/MAPS SECTION, which she should have done from the beginning.

She was such a brat, not being helpful at all. Like, I was the one spoiled and couldn't find anything and I needed someone else's help to survive. 

Yes I do sister, now shut up.

So we went back to the fucking Charts and Maps and the boy who went with me also couldn't find any. Then he was like, "Sorry Ma'am. I believe we're out of stock." 

OUT OF STOCK?
OUT.OF.STOCK? 
Are you fucking kidding me?
You literally made me a fool.
You made me look for something that isn't there.
Then you made me come back to you, and tell you I can't find anything, then give me such a look that reads, "God she is so stupid."

Wow.

LADY, YOU WASTED MY TIME.
You should be fired.
Just like every other associate who suck balls out there.

God, I hate bad customer service.
