I have not dreamt of anything worthy to remember for a long long time. But today I didn't want to wake up. I want to remain in the fictional world and see where the story goes. The weirdest thing is, my bias has always been Andy Biersack, not Jake Pitts, yet to my surprise he was the one present there. This is how it went down.
I was at the mall, although I can't remember which one. I was probably alone too. And then the first band member I saw was Jinxx, the bassist. I took the chance and rushed to him to beg for a hug, which he allowed. And then around the corner, I also saw Jake Pitts, so I ran to him after. I also asked for a photo with Jake, that I didn't do with Jinxx. I felt bad for a little bit, but I dismissed the thought. I was happy to take a photo with Jake. He was more shy than Jinxx, that I noticed. But he has this cute slow motion smile that he permits a couple times. He kept his gaze low like he was surprised that I recognized him. The mall was quiet. I was the only one fangirling there. And then we managed to talk more. I told him I wasn't quite expecting to see Black Veil Brides at the mall. I asked them about the many times they were reported to arrive locally.
I said, "I heard about you guys visiting several times before, just like today. And I'm curious why you never do a show here."
And then he told me their horrible story about signing a contract that originally allowed them to do a show here, but there were technicality problems. Basically, they're stuck with it, bound to visit from time to time so they don't get used, but at the same time unable to hold the show. I can't explain it now but at the time I swear it made sense.
I unleased the lawstudent inside of me and talked quite proudly. I made some good points regarding the invalidity of the contract and I brought up the possible annullment. I also asked about the location of Andy and CC and the quick encounter led us to meet the next day and talk to them about my thoughts.
Fast forward a few days, I met up with Jake and he led me to this place that resembled Guagua. There in one random house was Andy, CC, Jinxx, and few other people who works for them including a lawyer. We sat there and talked and discussed possible ways to get out of the contract. In summary, it ended with an action to push for the annullment of the contract. Everything else was blurry now but I remember going back at that house several times and asking Andy at one time regarding Jake. Deep in my gut, based on real life, I know Jake has a girlfriend, but in that dream I believed strongly he was single. Andy was skeptical. He wasn't exactly friendly, and I can't believe I didn't even asked for a picture. He was distanced, like he really didn't care about me. But I see respect there, like he knew Jake already marked me his. He talked to me nicely that's all.
And then I woke up. I tried going back to sleep over and over, wondering how I managed to get them out of that slave contract. But I guess, I'll have to let my imagination wander from there.
I'm just really glad I get to see BVB in person, even in my dreams.
